Terms of engagement
These are the terms you are agreeing to when you book a session with me. They are written to be read rather than skimmed, so they are short and in plain English.
Who you are dealing with
, a sole trader, ABN 54 953 426 692, trading as Fadi's Medical Interview Coaching. This coaching is provided by me as an individual, not by Western Sydney University, and I am not acting for or on behalf of any university.
What the coaching is, and what it is not
- It is practice and feedback. Timed stations, honest assessment of how you answered, and a plan for what to work on next. All sessions are online. I do not run in-person sessions.
- It is not a promise of an offer. No interview coaching can give you one. Past students' outcomes do not guarantee yours, and I will not tell you otherwise to make a sale.
- It is not a line into any university. I have no influence over any admissions decision and I do not contact universities on your behalf.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. The price that applies to you is the one you were quoted when you booked.
Paying
Payment is due before each session begins. I take bank transfer or PayID. I do not take card payments, so no card details ever pass through me. A package can be split into two instalments if that suits you better. Just ask before you book.
Package credits are transferable and expire as stated at purchase. The five-session pack runs six months and the ten-session pack twelve months, counted from the first session in the pack.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee of 30% of the session price paid; the remainder is credited to a rescheduled session.
If I have to cancel or move a session, you choose: another time at no charge, or the session refunded in full. If I am late, you get the full session time or the balance credited.
Refunds
Packages are non-refundable once commenced, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If something I provided was not what was described, tell me. I would rather fix it than have you write it off.
The group course
The group course runs with two to four students, over six weekly blocks of 90 minutes. If too few students enrol for a cycle, the course does not run, and anything paid is refunded in full or credited against other sessions, whichever you prefer. A place is held for the person who booked it and is not transferable to another student without asking me first.
Students under 18
If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms, makes the booking, and is responsible for payment. What is shared with a parent, and what stays between me and the student, is set out on the privacy page.
Materials and recording
Stations, question banks and written reports are for the use of the student they were given to. Please do not pass them on, publish them, or resell them.
Neither of us should record a session without the other agreeing to it first. If you want a recording of your own answers to review later, ask me and we will arrange it.
If something goes wrong
To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any one engagement is limited to supplying the coaching again or refunding what you paid for it, at my option. That limit does not apply to anything the law does not allow me to limit, and again, nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales.
If these terms change
The terms that apply to you are the ones published when you booked. If I change them, I will change the date below, and I will tell anyone I am currently coaching rather than expecting them to notice.
